Case Study: Rapid Development for a Global OEM :
- Two global OEMs located in India and commenced a localization program to source high quality components within India, rather than import
- TRIA to jointly designed and manufactured over 40 new hydraulic components in a span of 3 months, and commenced full production on month four
- TRIA acquired 4 CNC machines to accommodate expanded production
- TRIA is now in 100% production and laterally diversifying into other components on behalf of these two customers
