Our consolidated manufacturing capacity is over 110,000 square feet, with over 300 employees and managers working 3 shifts.
With our integrated production facilities and our team of engineers across Pune, India, we are uniquely capable of delivering both quality and volume. Our capabilities include:
- Manufacturing precision components that have passed the most stringent quality and certification tests by our customers.
- High volume capability for our larger customers through our world-class operations and delivery management team.
- Stainless steel and specialty alloy components for our customers with advanced requirements.
- Surface treatment: We can provide hexavalent plating, chrome-6-free plated products, trivalent plating, zinc nickel plating, and the latest surface treatment technologies.
- Cr6 Plating: Customers in Europe & America are adopting Cr6 free plating, and we have our approved supplier provide Cr6 free (Trivalent) plating.
- Hexavalent Plating: We can provide hexavalent (i.e., yellow Zinc) plating as necessary
- Zinc Nickel Plating: We can provide Zinc-nickel plating, which extends component life dramatically (almost 700 hours of salt spray life).
- Other plating: Silver plating, tin plating, chrome plating, ROHS-compliant plating
- Coating: We can provide powder coating (all colors), painting to specifications, and rust prevention coating as required.
