Pressure Die Casting

TRIA Group’s pressure die casting components have the following attributes:
- Parts have no joints, since they do not require welding and fastening.
- Fastening elements such as bosses and studs can be incorporated.
- Accuracy in dimensions and good detail
- Often, machining is not required
Through pressure die casting, we can provide a wide range of complex three-dimensional shapes.
Our process is advanced and includes:
- Metal is heated, melted and injected intosteel dies by a plunger, and takes the desired shape. We then eject the part and repeat the process.
- Metals with lower melting points, such aszinc, copper, magnesium and lead are cast using our hot chamber die casting process. In cold chamber casting, we take molten metal and pour it into the injection cylinder at high pressure.
